First of all Francis Deng’s View is very clear, that, in other to make unity of the Sudan, then everybody need to understand , what is the problem of the Sudan. Indentify what is the problem of the Sudan is vital, then finding the solution/s by going back to the Real History of the Sudan, plus looking at experiences of the others; for example South Africa how did they make unity of South Africa? Or for example Eritrea, Norway and other countries in Europe how did they make peacefully separation?.


Francis New book called New Sudan in the Making? Which I myself called it, This Is It! Because this book tells what the problems of the Sudan are. More interested was that Francis explained in details about [The question mark (?)], at the end of the book’s name New Sudan in the Making? To my understanding this book is simply says, unity is becomes a future dream- the dream which may come true or may never come, it’s depend on just or injust of that dream. But the Separation which was a dream of others will be a very clear reality of the Sudan very soon, this because, the northern regimes have not made the unity attractive for the people of south Sudan ,Since independence up to today.



About what you said that Sudan does not have the leadership and conscious, in the north or south, who can save the Sudan out of this impasse in the remaining time “لايوجد فى السودان قيادة واعية، فى شماله أو جنوبه، تسطيع أن تخرج السودان من هذا المأزق” is a very big lie. Because South Sudan has many greatest leaders such as Salva Kiir, Francis M. Deng, Niail Deng Niail, Pagan and even the late Dr. John Garang and many more. In the North Sudan there are also greatest leaders Such as Dr. Mansour Khalid, Yasir Saeed Arman. But unfortunately you/ those who call for the Old Unity again Did not like/ listen to Dr. John Garang, Now you are still do not like /listen or giving support to those greatest leaders Salva Kiir, Francis M. Deng, Nail Deng Nail, and Pagan, Dr. Mansur Khalid and Yasir Saeed Arman who willing to save the Sudan out of impasse. Instead you are listening and supporting those leaders who killed 2, 5 millions in the South Sudan and are still killing many thousand of people in Darfur, you listen to such a leaders who are trying to play with the CPA, you listen to Such a leaders who are calling for NEW Chip agreement like Khartoum peace agreement. And yet you think the Old Unity of Sudan can come in the remaining time.

About your question: "ماهو مصير الجنوبيين الذين يرغبون فى الأستقرار فى الشمال؟ " If southerners Vote for independence South Sudan, What about those southerners who wish to settle in the north Sudan. I can simply say it is absolutely their choice, If they like to settle in the north, then they shall stay and should be treated equally as citizens in the North. If then they realizing later on that, nobody treating them equally in the North, The door of South Sudan State shall be always open to them.

And let me add this: northern Sudanese, who live in the south and would like to settle in the South, shall stay and should be treated equally as Citizens of the South.

What about the partnership as you asked"ما هو مصير الشراكة والشركة؟ ": I think it will be like a man who divorced his wife. Shall this man give a support to that wife while she is married to another man (System)? Morally it’s depends on the relationship between the two people who were partners in the past. Did they divorce peacefully? And, What Kinds of the relationship do they have after divorce? ...

About Abyei: I think the internationally Court gave a clear and finally answer that Abyei belongs to 9 Dinkas groups. The CPA tells us that ONLY the people of Abyei shall vote in Abyei referendum. This issue is done!

Some northern and particular those who want Sudan to be an Arab Islamic State, think that they can force the southern to go for UNITY by all means rather than voting freely for their freedom. as they said, “choose Unity or War”. Those northern have a vision which said: 1) Raise the issues of tribes’ conflict in the south Sudan and Denial the issues of tribes conflict in the North. Note this The reality and fact: North Sudan itself has biggest problem of the tribe’s conflict comparing with the South—just take Darfur as an example or even Jhali and Shagi tribes Conflict in the North. The second thing they are insisting to go for 2) Make conflict between southern themselves in Diaspora and at home in all level. 3) They try to brain watch a very few-weakest south Sudanese in the north and in Diaspora to speak for the Unity, example see Sudan TV, And 4) They Use Islam –religion to make a conflict or mistrust between South Sudanese Christians- Muslims and Muslims Sudanese in the north Sudan and the world.

This ways of Saif, of making Sudan as an Arab Islamic State can never bring unity of the Sudan in 2011 or after 100 years. But then, Do the world need to sympathize and compromise with this ideology which promotes hatred and Killing? Do the world need to sympathize and compromise with this ideology which calling for a Jihad and reaping, or do the world need to wetness The Sudan third war? Do the world need another Somalia or Afghanistan in Africa? What do the world prefer, freedom or slavery and Jihad? Must the southern Sudanese vote to be second class citizens in your own country?
