Sudan Airways carsh in Khartoum: who is responsible?

I’m really interesting of knowing how the government reacted to know the reasons and causes behind this tragedy. Is there any of you who heard about setting any committee to investigate the accident? What is the responsibility of the pilot? How he assessed the landing conditions? What was the cause of the accident he thinks? What were the safety measures or routines that Sudan Airways follow? When the last service for this plane was was done? Was it possible to avoid this tragedy if the fire department was equipped with necessary tools to react to such an accident? If it happens today will it be possible to avoid a similar tragedy? Who is responsible, was its Sudan Airways? The aviation department? The fire department? Minister of communication or all of them together? What was the punishment for those who found responsible in this tragedy or is it qada wa qadar? Anyone of you who heard some one resigned because of this tragedy and inability to avoid it. Or is it the USA responsibility because of the sanctions and hence no delivery of spare parts as we heard before in Port Sudan accident? But I think the plane was an Airbus and to my knowledge airbus i not Made in America,
